great day fishing wednesday as it was warm and overcast,my friend alex and his dad wullie gave me a visit and we had a cast with dawl bachs just sub surface, 2 fish in 5 min then alex lost 2 there was one angler on the opposite bank and he was fishing a black buzzer and he caught 3 fish very quick also sub surface, roy dennison caught 1 and lost 1 on a cdc shuttlecock,the fish where feeding really well with a slow spell about 2pm for about a hour or so the anglers fishing the evening session also done really good with one angler fron shotts catching on a yellow dancer,best tactic are buzzers in black or olive fished straight lining or a yellow buzzer under a bung about 3ft under,dawl bachs and red cheek chunchers fished static or very slow are what i have been catching well on lately,or if you are fishing lures anything black or yellow dancer.
